a) The WBAB BUSCH GARDENS AT-WORK NETWORK INCENTIVE Contest begins on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 6am and ends on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 10pm.

b) To participate in the contest, listeners must be a current member of the "WBAB At-Work Network" or register before Monday, June 1st at 10pm.

2) Eligibility Restrictions:

a) The contest is open to all WBAB listeners who are 21 years of age or older and live in Nassau or Suffolk Counties. Employees of Clare Rose Distributors, Busch Gardens, WBAB, Cox Radio, their sponsors and agencies, their officers, commissioners, employees or agents, other radio stations in the state of New York and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

b) Contestants must have an active email address or have access to email.

c) Listeners may only register for the "WBAB At-Work Network" once.

d) Limit one winner per household

e) Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every three months.

3) Prizes:

a) Four (4) grand prize "roadtrip vacations" for four to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA, including a $200 gas card, three nights accommodations (one room) in a local hotel and four three-day passes to Busch Gardens Europe and Water Country USA® (Estimated Retail Value of each grand prize: $969.80)

b) All prize certificates may be picked up in person at the WBAB studios at 555 Sunrise Highway, West Babylon, NY 11704. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. WBAB is not responsible for the safe arrive of a prize or prize certificate.

c) Travel must be completed by October 28, 2008. d) Grand prize trips are non-transferable and may not redeemable for cash or substitute prizes.

e) In the event that a winner chooses not to take the trip, a forfeiture form will be provided and must be signed by the winner.

f) Blackout and expiration dates for resort and airfare apply and may not be waved or changed, under any circumstances.

g) Transportation to and from the airports is the responsibility of the winner, as well as, any meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified in the rules.

4) Selection of Winners:

a) One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible "WBAB At-Work Network Members" on the following Mondays at 10am: 4/21/08, 5/5/08, 5/18/08 and 6/2/08.

b) Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

c) Grand prize winners need not be listening to win.

5) Conditions:

a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes and required travel fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand prize winners are required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.

b) By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

c) Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by WBAB. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold prize providers, WBAB, its corporate licensee, parent corporation and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

d) WBAB reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement. e) WBAB reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

f) No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

g) Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.

h) WBAB is not responsible for technical, computer or internet problems, including, but not limited to, website issues, loss of internet connection, phone disconnections, etc.

i) Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WBAB, 555 Sunrise Highway, West Babylon, NY 11704.
