WBAB's New Year's Day Cold Finger Run was not only the biggest Motorcycle Run of 2005, it was the largest to ever take place on Long Island! An estimated 3,000 bikes took the run from Bald Hill to Robert Moses State Park and then to the Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale. Over $30,000 dollars was raised for the American Cancer Society's Camp Adventure program.

A note from Fingers:
Let me just say WOW! What an amazing event. Everything from the weather to the police escort to the blessing with Fr. Jim, the band JRAD, the staff at Bald Hill and the Crazy Donkey was wonderful. But none of it would have mattered if YOU didn't show up and by god you all showed up. So many that we were quite frankly overwhelmed. But it all went off without a problem. Because of the huge turn out a lot of riders did not get to make their donation at registration. I ask if you or someone you know wants to ante up please drop off cash or a check to the American Cancer Society at the station between 9am-5:30pm on behalf of the children I thank you and will see you on the road!
