Please help a Veteran.

Do you know that there is an organization “Dedicated to American Veterans Visiting THEIR Memorials”? The mission of the Honor Flight Network is to fly America’s veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit those memorials dedicated to honoring their sacrifices.

It is the intention of the Honor Flight Network to honor as many of these selfless “ordinary people who saved the world” as possible by providing them with a FREE trip to visit their memorial. Top priority is given to America’s most senior veterans – survivors of WW II and any veterans with a terminal illness, followed by Korean and Vietnam Veterans who wish to visit THEIR memorials for the first time.

The organization operates on donations from organizations and individuals. The flying season is from April through November. During the winter months the organization continues to expand their operations by conducting fund raising, educating the public, training new guardians and establishing new hubs across the country.

For information, applications or to make a donation, visit the website at www.HonorFlight.org or E-mail them at info@honorflight.org
