Rules

Rules: “Roger & JP’s Heels and Wheels Contest” runs from 5/5/10-6/4/10.  Contestants must be 21 years of age or older and live or work in Nassau or Suffolk County to enter.  Proof of age may be required and must be presented if requested.  To enter, fill out the official contest form at WBAB.com and submit along with a photograph of your car with a woman that you know.  Car must belong to you.  Woman does not, but you must have her permission to use her photo in the contest.  Photos that are submitted without the consent of the woman will be disqualified.  By registering, contestants give WBAB the right to use any or all of the details provided on the questionnaire on the air or on the web and to post the photograph on WBAB.com and any other materials related to the contest.  WBAB reserves the right to include or eliminate any contestant for any reason at any time.   WBAB judges will pick select contestants for the first two rounds of voting which will take place on WBAB.com between 5/18/10-5/24/10. The decision of the judges is final and may not be disputed.  The top two qualifiers from the two preliminary rounds will move on to the Finals from 5/25/10-5/26/10.  Grand prize winner will be announced on 5/27/10.  One grand prize winner will receive a check for $5,000.  WBAB is not responsible for internet or phone malfunctions or other unavoidable technical issues that would result in a contestant not being selected.  Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.    Winners of prizes valued at over $600 will be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.  Employees of Cox Radio Long Island, participating sponsors, employees of New York Metro area radio station and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.  Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged. Failure to heed the official contest rules will result in immediate disqualification.  WBAB reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement.
