Jay was nominated by his co-worker, Shawn Mchugh who said, “I’ve worked with J for 15 years. I just retired. J was always very professional and an honor to work with. He cared and always did all that he was able to do to help someone. J is a great model for all the rookies and coworkers that he trained J should be honored for all the work that he did for the Suffolk County Police Department.”
