Jerome Moore was hired by NCPD in November 2019. He was assigned to the Fourth Precinct and through great police made a name for himself. Multiple gun arrests led to a plainclothes assignment and then he went to a county wide criminal intelligence response team. As Jerome continued to exemplify great police work he was eventually assigned to the Bureau of Special Operations of the Nassau County police department where he is currently working.
In addition to his service as a police officer, Jerome is also a Fire commissioner for the North Amityville Fire Department. He has been a volunteer fireman for 13 years. Due to his excellence in policing and for his fire service to the North Amityville Fire department we thank Jerome for his service to the community
