Vincent was nominated by his wife, Nicole, who said, “My husband works tirelessly on the ambulance serving one of the busiest districts on Long Island and does it to serve and protect his community. He is an EMT for 10 years and has been with the Central Islip Hauppauge Volunteer Ambulance and the East Brentwood Fire Department throughout those 10 years. Also he has served as chief for the last five years. His dedication and heroism is truly inspirational”
