People try all manner of things to help with their post-workout gains. But one man has taken things to another level from the usual protein shake, instead chowing down on raw, out-of-date meat.
A man on Twitter, going by the handle @BlazenBrady, shocked fellow users when he revealed his bizarre meal plan.
In a post to his account, he shared a photo of what his typical diet consists of, with raw steak and chicken sat alongside some bacon. (From YouTube description)
