Police in Texas seek suspects after 11-year-old girl shot, killed in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO — Police in Texas are searching for suspects in connection with the fatal shooting of an 11-year-old girl in San Antonio.

According to KENS-TV, the incident occurred about 6 p.m. Aug. 15 on Walzem Road. San Antonio police said they arrived to find two people who had been shot. One of the victims, later identified as Donita Phillips, 11, died, authorities said.

In a Facebook post Monday, the Police Department shared surveillance photos of possible suspects and asked members of the public to help identify them. The post also included a photo of a vehicle described as a white Dodge with four doors, a broken taillight and a pink cover on the steering wheel.
