Back on February 22nd, up at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, Billy Joel was performing “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me” when he fell down after tossing the mic stand to the side of the stage.
If you’ve never seen Billy live, when he sings this song he comes from behind the piano and stands at a microphone.
He did get up and perform right after which is a good thing

It’s the not the first time he’s fallen on stage. Here he is from 2009 during the Face to Face tour with Elton John. This was more of a mild fall yet probably still as embarrassing
