Polk County Sherriff Grady Judd is a no-nonsense kind of sheriff - and when something happens he makes sure he brings attention to it in his own way.

Recently a Florida man was arrested after he allegedly made sexual contact with a horse by trying to put his junk on and possibly in its nose.
