The body of the accused sniper wanted in connection with taking potshots at motorists on a Kentucky highway has finally been found. The manhunt for suspect Joseph Couch entered its 12th day and was getting national attention after five people were seriously injured in the shootings. The McCoy’s received a $10,000 portion of the $35,000 reward reward on Tuesday and officials said they will get the rest of their payout in installments.
