Shocking video shows a helicopter opening fire with an extraordinary display of fireworks at a Lamborghini. It was apparently shot on a dry lake bed in California. Now, the YouTuber believed to be behind the outlandish stunt is in hot water because, authorities say, he didn’t have a permit.
